300 total upper body rep (every minute on the minute) session 100 Dips ~ 100 Pull-ups ~ 100 Pushups

Here is the setup: every minute on the minute circuit style complete.


Minute 1 ~ 10 Dips
Minute 2 ~ 10 Pull-ups
Minute 3 ~ 10 Pushups

That’s 1 round ~ Complete 10 total rounds = 100 reps of each movement and 300 total upper body reps in 30 minutes of work. Beginners scale back to 20 minutes and start work 5-7 reps and use TRX or band/ machine assistance if you can’t do pull-ups.
